News & Announcements

Youth Hayride will be at the Moore?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s Farm on Friday, November 11. Meet in the church parking lot at 6:45 p.m. We will return at 10:00 p.m.

College Class is having a bonfire at Scott Strawbridge?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s house on Friday, November 11. Meet at the church at 6:30 p.m.

Operation Christmas Child is underway. If you are interested in participating, the church office will take your boxes to Life Care. Please have your boxes here by Sunday, November 20. In the welcome center are lists of suggested age appropriate items to fill your shoeboxes.

Our church-wide Thanksgiving Dinner will be on Monday, November 21st at 6:00 p.m. in the church Annex. If you plan to attend, please sign up on the registration slip. Turkey, dressing, rolls, and drinks will be provided. Everyone is to bring your favorite side dishes and/or desserts.

We will be decorating our Sanctuary for the holidays with Christmas poinsettias. The cost will be $12.50 each. You may place one or more in honor of someone or simply as a means of beautification. The poinsettias can be taken home on Sunday, December 25, after the Christmas Worship Service. A limited number have been ordered. You can fill out the Evangel insert or contact Jean Cannon in the church office to reserve yours.

The Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge at Vanderbilt Medical Center has a wish list for some household & pantry items. The list is posted in the Education Building if you would like to donate any items for this great ministry.
