The choir is offering a scholarship for private music lessons. All students in elementary through high school grades who are interested, please see Nancy Paul or Lanny Green for an application.
A golf trip to The Legends Golf Club in Myrtle Beach is planned for Feb. 5 ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú 8, 2007. The cost is approximately $350 plus evening and travel meals. Please contact Jim Goins at 400-5047 for more information.
The Senior Adults will be having Group Soup & Bible Study on Thursday, November 2, at 10:15 AM in the Annex. Please bring your pre-cooked veggies for the soup pot, cornbread, and desserts. Drinks will be provided. Hope to see you there!
Needed: Unused church envelopes. These will be used by missionary Jane Paysinger to dispense pills and prescriptions in Africa. Please bring to the church office.
Sonya Boring & Alan Huddleston will be honored with a church wide wedding shower on Sunday, Nov. 12, from 2-3:30 PM in the Annex. The couple is registered at Belk, Target, and Wal-Mart. If you would like to share a favorite recipe with the couple, remember to include your name and address.
There is a collection box in the Welcome Center for canned goods, boxes of rice & mac/cheese, cereal, etc. for the Salvation Army food bank. Please help us help the needy of our community.
The Seekers Class is sponsoring a shower for New Hope Pregnancy Care Center on Sunday, November 5, from 2:00 ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú 3:30 PM in the Annex. A list of items needed is posted on the bulletin board for your convenience.
Operation Christmas Child is underway! We have a list of suggested items to include in your boxes. If you are interested in participating, the church office will take your boxes to Life Care. Please have them here by Sunday, November 19.
There will be an Associational RA hay ride and hotdog roast at the John Moore farm on Friday, November 3. Please meet at Hobby Lobby at 6 PM.
A Bridal Shower for Candice Randolph Allen & Jason Allen will be held in the Annex on Sunday, October 29, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The couple is registered at Target, Crate & Barrel online and Linens N?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ Things in Chattanooga.
