The idea finally hatched...

God has a wonderful way of providing for the needs of His people in ways that we don't always see coming. In our last New Member Class, I had the opportunity to become acquainted with Carol and Conrad Taylor. They have quickly become a part of the fabric of NCBC: Carol is now one of our very capable Girls in Action Leaders. Conrad has responded to my query about website development by creating a very appealing and useful E-tool and information source for both our members and our teaching faculty. This has been a goal of the Christian Education Ministry for quite some time and I would like to express my appreciation for his willingness to invest the talents that God has given him in service to our congregation in this way.

A class is being offered for New and Prospective Members or those wishing to know more about our church and its ministries on Sunday, October 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you would like to attend this class, please indicate on the registration slip or call the church office.

Mark Your Calendar....Planning for Next Summer's Calendar - We are planning a mission trip/ construction project to the Gulf-Coast area during the first week of June 2008. A wonderful opportunity to offer practical help and extend the love of God to those who are still trying to recover from the affects of past hurricanes in the area.
