Music Ministry
Wow, I cannot believe that it is the end of June already. The summer is just flying by. What a wonderful time we have had at VBS this past week! The kids were great and they seemed to have a great time. I really had fun going from class to class teaching them the music.
This has been a very busy time in the music department. We are still working on the music camp and I am still trying to get more students for the guitar clinic. If you are interested or know of anyone that is, please let me know soon.
I am very excited about getting the opportunity to go to Florida camp with the youth. I think that this will be a great opportunity for me to get to know the youth of our church better and to get a chance for them to get to know me better too. It is through these times of Bible study and recreation that we grow together. We get to see how people really are, how they handle conflict, what they look like in the morning, and I am most excited to be able to just worship with the Youth. There is no other group in our church that has more passion in worship than the youth. I think that we can all take a lesson from them on worship. I pray as always that God will continue to challenge your hearts to walk closer to Him. God Bless and Keep You.
