Music Ministry
Greetings in the name of the Lord. We have had a very short summer. Can you believe that the kids have been back in school almost a month already? All of our fall functions are in full swing and we are ready for a good year. The Children's choir kick off was a success. We had about 50 children come for the party. Our theme this year is Extreme Trek, talking about our God who is extreme. We serve an awesome God who goes above and beyond what we could even think or imagine and that is what our kids are studying about. Philippians 4:13 ?¢‚Ǩ?ìI can do everything through Him who gives me strength.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù
We are planning for the Music Makers and Young Musicians choirs to perform a Christmas musical this year. I hope that all of you will plan on coming out for that, it will be great.
I would also like to encourage you to come and join the choir, we always have room available. We are in need of some fine men who love to sing to come and give the tenors and basses some added strength. We will be beginning our Christmas music shortly so this would be an excellent time for you to begin. Please be praying about it and come and talk to me. God Bless.
