Music Ministry
First of all, I want to thank all of those that helped us celebrate Christmas in song, drama, and worship. The children and preschoolers brought both joy and excitement to the congregation with ?¢‚Ǩ?ìMiracle on Main Street.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù The Sanctuary Choir helped us see Christmas through the eyes of Mary and Joseph and the weight of the situation where God placed them with ?¢‚Ǩ?ìJesus?¢‚Ǩ¬¶No Other Name.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù The Silent Candlelight Service on Christmas Eve brought a reverence and wonder as we shared the Lord?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s Supper in silence. The decorations in the Sanctuary were beautiful and added to the overall feel of the celebration.
After celebrating a wonderful Christmas Season we look ahead at 2007 and all the exciting things that are in store at NCBC. As we look at the future building process, we also look at building our music program. It is a great time to join our choir, volunteer to help with one of our children?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s choirs, join our youth choir or just resolve to become more involved in the outreach of our church. Just be open to what God would have you do in this new year.
Thanks again to everyone that helped make this season a time of worship as we celebrated the birth of our Savior.
