Walk for Life, sponsored by New Hope Pregnancy Care Center, will be held October 20 at Cleveland High School. Call 479-5825 for more information.
BMOM Prayer Breakfast - Saturday, October 13 at 8:00 a.m. Please sign up on the registration slip or call the church office if you plan on attending. Following the breakfast there will be two work projects. Please stay and help if possible. (1) Pick up and haul donated power tools; and (2) Demolition of a chimney.
Church Prayer Chain - We are in the process of updating our prayer chains. If you would like to be a part of this important ministry of our church, please fill out your information on the registration slip. We will only include those who fill out a current registration form. We will not bring names from the old list.
Girls in Action Walk-A-Thon on October 20 to help alleviate world hunger. They will be asking for your support in sponsoring them. No donation is too small! If a GA asks for your donation, please consider it. Thank you in advance.
Ordination Councils -Sun. Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. - Adam Kirkpatrick & Von Chastain. All those who are ordained are invited to attend this council.
Ordination Worship Service - Sunday, October 14, 6 p.m.
The Adult 4 Dept. is sponsoring its annual WORK DAY to minister to the senior adults of our church on Saturday, Nov. 3. If you are a senior adult and have a home or yard project that you would like to have assistance with on that date, please pick one of the forms in the windows and turn it into the church office (or see Stacy Phillips) as soon as possible.
Motorcycle Dinner Ride - We will leave the church at 5:30 on Monday, October 15.
J.O.Y. Lunch Edna's and Apple Valley on Thursday, October 18. Meet in the Annex at 10:30. Please sign up by October 14 if you plan to go. (You will need to bring cash for lunch.)

Hanging of the Green 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30 Hanging of the Green is a worship service centered around the songs and symbols of the Holiday Season. As the Sanctuary is decorated with sights and sounds, worshipers see how candles, greenery, poinsettias, manger scenes, and other objects become part of our Christmas traditions.
