Pastor's Page

Posted on March 7, 2008 ...

Our favorite baseball teams spend most of the month of March in Spring Training, getting ready for the season ahead. Excitement fills the air in anticipation of what awaits in the future.
The weeks ahead feature some of the most important days in the Christian faith. This Special Edition Newsletter details many of the events and ministries we look forward to celebrating in the near future. North Cleveland Baptist Church welcomes your presence with us. Jay McCluskey, Pastor

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT NORTH CLEVELAND BAPTIST CHURCH?
With over 200 churches in our community, residents of Bradley County have many options when choosing a congregation. What is unique about North Cleveland Baptist:

Diversity: From 9 weeks old to 90 years old, representatives of every age group and generation minister here together. Our worship intentionally blends both traditional hymns of the Christian faith and newer songs of worship and praise.
Size: In short, we are large enough to serve you and small enough to know you well.
Friendliness: North Cleveland Baptist Church is a place where people will speak to you, introduce themselves to you, and want to know more about your life. You may enter as a stranger, but you will leave as a friend.
Servant-hearted: North Cleveland Baptist believes that others should come first. This priority can be seen in our budget, our care, and our attitude.

Hanging of the Green
6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30
Hanging of the Green is a worship service centered around the songs and symbols of the Holiday Season. As the Sanctuary is decorated with sights and sounds, worshipers see how candles, greenery, poinsettias, manger scenes, and other objects become part of our Christmas traditions.
