Student Ministry
Christmas is around the corner! This is such an exciting time of year. A tradition that we have grown to enjoy and which greatly enhances our excitement around the holiday season is to have parties. Therefore, the Student Ministry of North Cleveland Baptist Church is going to have a party! But this won’t be just any party. We’re going to spread Christmas cheer to some of our most special church members. We’re going to go Christmas caroling at the homes of some of our homebound members.
Here are the details of the party. Be at church at 6:00 p.m on Saturday, Dec. 20. We’ll load up the vans and cars and go caroling for a while. Then we are going to go to the home of Ashley Daniel for some snacks and fellowship. We will return to the church by 10:00 p.m., so parents you can pick your kids up then.
I sure hope you’ll be a part of this special Christmas event. It’s so fun to gather together and fellowship with one another. It’s also a great blessing to show some love to some of our church members who don’t make it out much any more. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice what our Lord taught us to do in caring for others. I hope to see you all there on Saturday night. Merry Christmas and God bless!
***Another noteworthy item and event to mark on your calendar is the New Year’s Eve Lock-In. This is going to be awesome! It will be held at Cleveland Middle School (you can thank Jeff Elliott for that). Meet at the school at 10:00 p.m. for food, games, loads of fun and a time of worship to ring in the new year. We’ll be done at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. Stay tuned for more details.***
