Student Ministry

The summer has begun and as of the deadline for this article VBS is going great. We’re all shining up our rickshaws and racing toward the Son! I want to thank all of our students who have been involved. Your participation has been so invaluable and I appreciate your hard work.

Camp is almost here. I want to remind all parents that there will be a parents meeting for Florida camp on Sunday night, June 13 right after the evening service. We will go over all the details, give out permission forms to be notarized, and share any other important information. If your child is going to camp or even interested in going to camp come to this meeting.

I am very glad to announce that our speaker this year will be John Peters. I’ve heard so many wonderful things about he and his family I can’t wait to meet him. The cost for camp is $160 for students and $100 for chaperones. The deadline for signing up will be June 13. The reason for this is because we need to have final numbers for spirit teams and such.

Hope that many of you will sign up for camp and be a part of DECISION ’04!
