Student Ministry
Merry Christmas! I hope you and your families are having a wonderful Christmas season. Joni and I will spend our first married Christmas together with her folks in Nashville. I hope you get to spend some time this holiday season with the people you love as well.
There is one big thing to discuss concerning the student ministry before Christmas comes. Our annual New Year’s Eve Lock-In will be, when else, December 31. It will, of course, go until the morning of January 1. The Lock-In will begin at 10:00 pm Friday night and end at 7:00 am Saturday morning. Our friends from Michigan Avenue will join us for this great event, too. We will have plenty of pizza, snacks, and drinks so bring an appetite. There will be a “Halo Room” set up as well as hours and hours of basketball, movies, and other games. We will also  countdown to the New Year with a time of praise and worship. I can’t imagine a better way to bring in 2005.
Please feel free to invite your friends. There is no charge for this event. Mark this night on your calendar and be a part of the fun. I hope you have a tremendous Christmas and that the joy of Jesus will live in your hearts. I’ll see you at the Lock-In if not sooner!
